Jaeyeon Lee, captain in the ROKA, arranged for us the possibility to water-ski. She picked us and Allan & Barbara Blücher up at our home in the morning. After more than an hour driving and enjoying wonderful sceneries, we stopped to have a Korean lunch. Satisfied and full of energy we drove the last kilometers and the first candidate Anders, was set up to give it a shot!

We all were impressed, that is to say until the professional, Jaeyeon, took off on a mono-ski and showed us how waterskiing should be done.

Last and definitely least it was my turn and I wondered what I got myself into sitting ready for takeoff. Must say I look more charming on a cocktail party and I think I stick to that in the future!
Not very elegant, but I managed to hang on :)Will Allan and Barbara ski next time? I'm sure for they didn't only got a taste for more Korean food but also for water skiing.

Du passarpå vattenskidor och på coctailpartyn. Inget utesluter det andra. Med lite träning kommer du vara lika elegant på skidor som i högklackat.
ReplyDeleteSjälv har jag klippt häckar med en "stor" motordriven häcksax. Den var tung men jäklar vad kul det var när den lätt och snabbt tuggade sig igenom det mesta i grenväg. Formklippningen gick som en dans. Jag som spenderade veckor med att klippa med sekatör i våras gjorde nu tre häckar på någon timme, dock lite paus då och då när armarna domnade bort. Ikväll har jag unnat mig ett glas vin efter ett hård dagsverke.
